Largescale Weld Fabrication
Our welders have extensive experience with a vast array of materials ranging from high nickel alloys and stainless steel to carbon steels, aluminum, and titanium. KDA’s certified welders, American Welding Society (AWS) certified welding inspectors (SCWI/CWI/CAWI), and welding engineers exceed many industry standards, including ASME, AWS, Military, and DIN.
KDA’s welding services include National Board certified ASME Code manufacturing, which include "U", "R" and "S" stamps. Many of KDA’s welders are certified to AWS D1.1 and AWS D14.6 (Rotating Equipment). We maintain many welding procedures qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX. Our 100 tons of lifting capacity with 35 feet under the hook enable us to weld fabricate extremely large components.
