Precision Machining

KDA provides contract manufacturing specializing in CNC Machining of very large complex, high precision weldments and components. We have the ability to precision machine parts ranging from 6 in. to 88 ft. We have a broad range of capabilities, including up to 100 tons of lifting capacity (35 ft. of lifting height), large 7 axis Horizontal CNC Machining (HMC) centers -- up to 43 ft. long and 10 ft. high, CNC 5 Axis Machining (used for air foils), and CNC 5 Axis Milling up to 88 ft. long, and 18 ft. wide.   Below is a partial list of our equipment.
